Vinh University‘s College of Social Sciences and Humanities includes degree programs in Political Science and Journalism, Tourism and Social Work, Law, and Economic Law. There are three dedicated centers to serve these departments: the Travel and Tourism Center, the Research and Community Support Center, and the Legal Advisory Center (as well as an Administrative Office).

With a team of sixty-nine staff and lecturers, the College of Social Sciences and Humanities offers nine undergraduate majors, two Master‘s majors, and one doctoral major. Its expressed purpose is to prepare, train, and provide students with the resources to meet the increasingly diverse and demanding job market. To embolden them with in-depth social and legal knowledge and expand their ideological horizons through science, political, legal, cultural, and journalistic enlightenment.
