Vinh University Publishing House was founded in 2011. Its initial task was to publish textbooks and learning materials to serve the training and scientific research of Vinh University and to aid in the socio-cultural develpment of Viet Nam.

Today, in addition to book publishing, the publishing house is an active participant in social activities such as participating in Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, seeking and introducing new works to readers, contributing books, notebooks, and school supplies to children and ethnic minorities in Vietnam’s highlands and other remote areas, contributing to building bookcases for families, charitable organizations, etc., and committing to the improvement of the reading culture of Viet Nam.
