Department of Planning and Finance

The Department of Planning and Finance advises and assists the President in implementing, planning, and managing the financial affairs of the university. The department establishes regulations and rules for managing financial resources and handles the receiving and distribution of funds while acting in accordance with the state’s financial management principles.

Vinh University will become a smart university and rank in the top 500 Asian universities by 2030, aiming to be in the top 1000 universities in the world by 2045.

Vinh University is a higher education institution that provides high-quality human resources, leads the development of education and training in the North Central region, and functions as a center of research and innovation that contributes to promoting the national and international development.
