The Nguyen Thuc Hao Center for Library and Information advises the President on organizing, preserving, and managing information and materials for the library and information center. The center is responsible for information technology, the digital transformation of information, library activities, developing a digital library to support the university’s education programs, scientific research, and the transference of technologies.

The Center provides documents and information for readers and researchers both inside and outside the university. The center also exchanges and cooperates with domestic and international information libraries and agencies in order to network and enhance the library’s resources.
