The Office of Party, Council, and Trade Unions is the key advisory body for the party’s Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing University Council. The OPCTU organizes and coordinates activities and appraises proposals and projects submitted to the aforementioned committees. It serves as a comprehensive information center to support these committees’ leadership and works with the party’s secretary, deputy secretaries, as well as the chairman and vice chairman of the school council to resolve the intricacies of day-to-day business.

In addition, the OPCTU acts as the key administrative advisor in assisting and implementing various areas of work for the school’s Trade Union, Youth Union, and Veteran’s Association, carrying out these functions in accordance with the charter of each individual organization’s legal provisions and obligations.
