Department of Academic Affairs

The Department of Academic Affairs serves as both the university’s registrar, and academic advisor to the president. It organizes and manages the academic activities of undergraduate students. The department is also responsible for enrollment and admission, training management, curriculum development, enhancement, opening new training disciplines, as well as assessing and recognizing graduation for students.

Vinh University will become a smart university and rank in the top 500 Asian universities by 2030, aiming to be in the top 1000 universities in the world by 2045.

Vinh University is a higher education institution that provides high-quality human resources, leads the development of education and training in the North Central region, and functions as a center of research and innovation that contributes to promoting the national and international development.
